If you're looking for cosy accommodation in Mallorca, this is the place to go. The accommodation is designed with a lot of love, you are welcomed with care, and they have even prepared a booklet with recommendations (in different languages). Also very child friendly, there are toys readily available. Everything was clear from start to finish. They're a lovely couple who welcome you into their home!

The location is great: within walking distance of two sandy beaches, as well as a good restaurant and supermarkets. I was also very positively surprised by the good quality of the mattress. It has everything you need. Very good and fast communication. When you first arrive, you have to look for something from the car until you find the exact flat, but thanks to the good description, it's quick. The private grounds are quiet with very little traffic.

Unfortunately, 1 week is too short for this wonderful house. The house is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. Very comfortable furnishings, absolutely clean, very high quality sheets and towels that smell great. The kitchen is well equipped. There are spices, coffee capsules, sinks, etc.. Communication with Katia could not be better. Replies within minutes. Very, very friendly. I was even allowed to stay longer in the house It was very relaxing. I will definitely return and can only recommend this house to everyone.

We've just returned from the most wonderful family stay at Villa Alegria. It was our first time in Mallorca, but having found this jewel of the Balearic Islands, it won't be our last! Katia and Xavier's villa is magnificent in every way. From comfort, to amenities and access. They are wonderful hosts and, with the help of their friend Andrea, our stay went off without a hitch. The information available in the villa on local amenities, restaurants and places of interest was very helpful. We dined at Cala Ferrera shortly after arrival and would highly recommend it. Fresh local food and a warm welcome. Plus there are the most beautiful Calas within walking distance for swimming in warm waters. We sat down to breakfast every morning on the lovely porch, eating sweets bought at Santanyi market (another great recommendation from the information leaflet). Thanks again to Katia, Xavier and Andrea. We look forward to our next stay with you.

Katia's house is located in a very quiet private residence just a few minutes' walk from Cala Serena beach. We found it very pretty, very comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Katia is a responsive host who gave us lots of advice, and the reception was perfectly managed. There is a bus stop and a small shop nearby, but I would recommend hiring a car to explore the area more easily. In any case, we would recommend this rental without reservation!

The accommodation is as described both in terms of service and photos. You can tell this is a house that has maintenance because all the rooms are super well maintained, very clean and with all sorts of details to make the stay enjoyable. It's great that all the rooms in the house have independent and functional air conditioning, we went in the summer and it was very necessary. There is a front terrace and a veranda with barbecue at the back which allowed us to live a lot in the house itself. The location is wonderful if you are looking to be in an area of the island with small coves as there are many to choose from in the surrounding area. Cala Serena is 5 minutes from the house in particular. Finally, we appreciated the treatment of Katia, the person who facilitated our check in / out. She was super nice to us with any questions and responded super quickly. I feel like we must have been the first to rent a brand new house and I just hope it continues to be maintained in the same conditions we enjoyed because I would definitely rent here again.

The Balearic-style house has been taken care of in every detail and has all kinds of facilities for your stay, which is always appreciated. Everything was perfect! The house is amazing, comfortable, very well furnished and decorated, the place had everything we needed including air conditioning and a good BBQ area. The area is very nice and really close to a quite charming beach, Cala Serena, which is a very nice place to relax. The hosts were very responsive, helpful, attentive and kind, and even left a welcome pack and a nice booklet with tips on what to do and where to go in Mallorca, which was very useful. Arrival and departure were very easy, even when we arrived in Mallorca quite late at night. The roads from the airport are also very good. Perfect stay in perfect accommodation. We would definitely return to Mallorca and stay with Katia at Cala Serena again!!!!!!

We stayed with our two young children (3 and 5) with Katia for just under two weeks and were delighted. The arrival went well and Katia and her husband welcomed us and showed us around. When we arrived there was a small gift basket, something to drink in the fridge and also in the cosy little kitchen there were some useful utensils such as oil, salt etc. The house was clean, the terrace was ideal for breakfast and dinner. The barbecue was great as the sun always sets behind the house in the evening and you can enjoy the evening sun whilst grilling. Cala Serena beach was a 5 minute walk with our two children. Also within walking distance is a small supermarket and a nice restaurant. For beach visits, there were parasols and toys in the house. There was a washing machine and iron as well as some board games. The departure also went well. Overall, we would come back here again any time. With young children you just need to be a bit careful around the cliffs as the wall here is quite low. Thank you Katia for a great family holiday!

I would like to describe my impressions of the Residence Roca Serena, we had a very, very good time there, the area is specially secured so you can have your privacy, the welcome and communication in advance with the contact person was excellent, we never had the impression that a subject was left open the environment is an absolute dream because from there you have the possibility to drive to really great sites the house itself was really beautiful everything was new and it was absolutely clean the internet was lightning fast which I experienced quite differently Katia I can only recommend her as a hostess, she is very communicative, is always available and has lots of solutions which really made this holiday a sensational experience. I would book with her again and again because the house really had a little French touch, which I really appreciated Right from the start, Katia had a book in the villa where you got some really sensational tips, whether it was swimming bookings or restaurants for dinner, everything was included Thank you so much Katia, it really was a great holiday, I wish you even more success with the house.

We received a very warm welcome from Katia and Xavier. We travelled with our baby (9 months) and thanks to the accessories they provided, we were able to easily secure one of the bedrooms to our liking. The house is very comfortable and the interior decoration and pretty details immediately put us in the mood for an exotic holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped. The house is newly renovated, so we were the first lucky ones to enjoy it. The house is ideally situated close to three pretty little beaches and a few restaurants and small shops, which is very comfortable for the two of us and our very curious baby and we didn't need to venture too far (we didn't need a car). The location is in a very peaceful and friendly residential complex; there is also a very scenic cliff walk nearby. We would highly recommend this place and would be delighted to return for an even longer stay.
